WELCOME
At Wellness By Design, MD, we bridge the gap between conventional medicine and real-life vitality. Our work lives at the intersection of data and daily rituals, science and soul.
We serve ambitious midlifers who are tired of guessing and burned out on band-aid solutions. Whether you're navigating hormone shifts, chronic illness, or burnout, our programs help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your energy, and rewire your habits — for good.
It’s wellness made practical, personal, and powerfully you
Because feeling good isn’t a luxury — it’s foundational. And your path to get there should feel just as personal as your fingerprint.
FINDING INSPIRATION FROM
Slow mornings with a cup of tea (or coffee, let’s be honest), Stevie Wonder on a Sunday morning, good skincare that actually works, Peonies!
I 've spent 20+ years inside the traditional healthcare system before stepping out to create something different: a wellness experience rooted in evidence, care, clarity, and customization.
I bring the lens of lived experience (yes, I’m living with a chronic illness too) and pair it with clinical training and smart tech to guide clients into sustainable, stylish health (why not?) that makes sense for real life.
This is more than coaching. This is a recalibration.
